Il residence Riccione è una nuova struttura vicinissima al mare ed in posizione centrale.
E' composto da 16 appartamenti: monolocali, bilocali e trilocali , tutti finemente arredati e dotati di Tv colors digitale terrestre ed aria condizionata temporizzata (inclusa nel prezzo).
Lavatrici condominiali ad uso gratuito. Parcheggio privato. Due appartamenti sono predisposti per l'accesso ai disabili. Il residence dispone anche del servizio spiaggia privata dal 01/06 al 15/09 con 1 ombrellone, 1 sdraio ed 1 lettino (ad appartamento).
